I decided to make up a club for the fun of it

-----what it's about-----
This club is about rainy days and how rain is fun! If you like to go outside and play in the rain or just sit by your window and listen to the pitter patter of rain droplets this is the club for you!
-----Rules-----
1. You do not have to submitt anywork, but if you would like to it has to do something with rain.
2. If you submmitt any work I shall put it up on the site.
3. If you join you must put the avactar on your signature or under your journal to show pride.
4. You may not harrass other members
5. If you would like to join note me and tell me why you would like to be a member and I will reply.
6. There will be contests in the future.
7. add this name to your friends list so you can be updated .
8. if any questions note me.
